Measuring 19.3" L x 18.1" W x 38.6" H and weighing 69.5 lb, the smoker features four 14" x 14" removable stainless steel shelves that can be easily removed for smoking whole birds or large cuts of meat. These racks are dishwasher safe, ensuring easy cleanup.
The smoker is equipped with an easy-to-read thermometer on the front door, allowing for convenient monitoring of the internal temperature. Total temperature and smoke control are achieved through an adjustable gas supply, which provides control over the amount of heat. Optimal smoker access is facilitated by two doors and a rear vent that can be opened or closed to regulate the amount of heat and smoke exiting the oven.
The door of the smoker is designed with a seal-tight twist-lock feature, ensuring a tight seal when the handle is turned. A porcelain enamel steel tray holds the wood chips and water, making cleanup a breeze after use. The smoker requires wood chips when grilling.
